The Connect: The couple first met at the Escondido Rotary Club Coeur de Cuisine. Tyson flirted across the room with Jenni and finally at the end of the night asked her out on a date. Both families were active in the Rotary organization and today both Jenni and Tyson have become members of the club.

The Proposal: Tyson had planned a trip to La Quinta Resort and Spa. He surprised Jenni by booking the large Hacienda Suite where they could have privacy for the whole weekend. When the champagne arrived at the door, Tyson got down on one knee and proposed. Jenni was crying but of course said, “Yes”!

The Celebration: The couple was tuned into the many details of their day but was set on everyone having fun at their wedding. Jenni and her mother bonded even more while orchestrating the many wedding details. The couple had their traditional ceremony at the lovely Torrey Pines Christian Church then hosted their 235 person reception at the nearby Estancia La Jolla Resort & Spa. They chose hot pink and black as their wedding colors and added jewel toned flowers. Specialty lighting was incorporated which made the ballroom glow. When it was all said and done, everyone had a great time just as the couple had hoped.

Jenni's Advice: “Try to relax and take it all in! Also, hire at least a day of coordinator.”
